1. What is your term of payment?

We usually accept payment by Letter of Credit at sight, or by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, bank wire) : 50% for down payment, and the balance should be paid after your order is sihpped and we send you the copy of shipping document (bill of lading) by fax or email, if the shipment is arranged by us.

2. Do you accept a small order?

Yes small order is welcome but usually the cost will be more than FCL(namely Full Container Load), and also Less than Container Load (LCL, that is to say your goods is loaded into a container with other buyers' goods) is not so secure as full container load when loading, shipping and unloading.  But we will do our best to pacakage your products as strongly as possible. 

3. How long is your delivery time?

The delivery depends upon colors, sizes, finishes and quantities of your order, and the busyness of our factory.as well. For frequently ordered products, it would be within 2 weeks per container.

4. Where is your factory?

Xijin Industrial District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.                                             Quanzhou City is the largest stone production region in China.

5. What is your port of loading (FOB Port)?

Xiamen Port, the biggest port for import & export of stone materials in China, unless other specified.

6. Can you check shipping cost and arrange shipment for me?

Yes, we are pleased to check shipping cost to the destination indicated by our customers and arrange shipment for our customers at port of loading but the shipping cost is at the importer's account.

7. I want to visit your factory, can you pick me up?

You are very welcome to visit us. You can fly to Jinjiang Airport, Quanzhou, Fujian, or Xiamen Airport, Fujian, and we will be glad to pick you up at the airport.

8. How far is your company from Xiamen?

About 80 kilometers, one hour's drive.
